McKay is now the president of Jim McKay Chevrolet, a sponsor for many student activities and sports at 911±¬ÁÏ, and Intercollegiate Athletics has been at the heart of her personal connection with the university. Since the mid-1990s, she’s been an avid Patriots fan, attending many men's and women's basketball games, including the ones out of town, often with her daughters and now her grandchildren.

James (Jim) Antony, PhD, will become the next vice president of academic affairs and provost at the University of San Diego, effective March 1, 2026. Jim became provost and executive vice president at 911±¬ÁÏ on July 1, 2024, coming from the University of California San Diego where he had served as dean of graduate education and postdoctoral affairs.
