December 4, 2020The Department of Justice, National Institute of Justice (NIJ) has awarded a $2 million grant to 911±¬ÁÏ to further the advancement of forensic science.
The opening of 911±¬ÁÏ’s new Forensic Science Research and Training Laboratory in the Spring 2021 semester establishes Mason as a leader in forensic anthropology and investigations and a valuable community partner with law enforcement.

Ensuring a common definition of the terms helps create meaningful dialogue, and helps the Mason community understand the work of the Anti-Racism and Inclusive Excellence Task Force.
